Two buildings form a corner enclosure to Vauxhall’s new linear park. From their ground floors, retail and community uses take advantage of the southerly aspect and car-free pavements that border the landscape. Above, both buildings provide 100% PRS apartments of a range of tenure; most have a balcony and all benefit from shared facilities such as a rooftop swimming pool, gardens and bookable amenity spaces. To encourage long lasting communities, the mix of apartments is designed to allow residents to move between homes of different sizes as their circumstances change without leaving the development.
