Bloom, Nine Elms

View all projects

Two buildings form a corner enclosure to a new linear park, connecting Battersea to Vauxhall, part of a wider masterplan conceived by Allies and Morrison in 2010 with improved river connections, pedestrian links and active frontages. 894 Build-to-Rent units have been delivered across the two buildings ranging from nine to eighteen storeys and arranged around courtyard gardens. With a focus on residents' wellbeing, the buildings offer a broad range of amenity spaces. To encourage long lasting communities, the mix of apartments is designed to allow residents to move between homes of different sizes as their circumstances change.
