Bedford benefits from a strategic location in terms of its links to London, and as part of the Oxford-Cambridge Corridor. This masterplan outlines aspirations and opportunities for sites around the town centre, informing the emerging Bedford Local Plan 2035 by determining the number of new homes, workspaces, supporting shops and other uses within a revitalised town centre.
