Nick Péri
DirectorNick has a particular interest in the design and detailing of projects with highly specific client requirements, having led these on several of our significant projects including signature cultural buildings.
Nick acted as project director for Rambert's new studio building adjacent to London's Soutbank Centre. The building provided a new public face for the contemporary dance company, winning an RIBA National Award with the judges praising the 'crispness of the architectural details' and 'the deep attention to dancer's needs'. More recently, he has been involved in the new culture and university quarter at Stratford Waterfront. He is leading the design of the new BBC Music building, which will be the future home of the BBC Symphony Orchestra. He enjoys working in historic contexts as well, leading the design of the first phase of a masterplan, landscaping and works to listed buildings at St Peter's College, Oxford.
Nick was project architect for 85 Southwark Street, the first of our studios buildings in Bankside and the RIBA London Building of the Year Award in 2004. He studied architecture at the University of Newcastle and University of Westminster.
