Eleni Stylianidou

Eleni provides technical design direction and support to project teams, and is a member of the practice's Technical Team, with a focus on technical research and development and the uniquely challenging role of drawings and specification and the practical realities of construction on site.

She built up experience working on two major projects in connection with the London 2012 Olympics: the design for the Olympic Park and the Main Press Centre where she developed the designs from concept stage through to completion for the Main Press Conference Room, worked on site wide landscaping and infrastructure, external aspects of the International Broadcast Centre. Since then, she has been involved in the extension of our studios at Farnham Place and Ash Court, a student accommodation-led scheme at Girton College, Cambridge, which won an RIBA Award and RIBA 'Special Sustainability' award in 2014.

Eleni is from Thessaloniki, Greece and trained at North London University and joined us in 2006.
