Dhiren Patel

Initially leading external envelope design, Dhiren is now Project Architect delivering one of our largest PRS schemes to date at Nine Elms Vauxhall. He has followed the project from its earliest stages becoming its natural leader and the go-to problem solver for his colleagues and the wider team. He also has experience designing commercial office buildings and contributed to the design of the high-rise residential component of the Stratford Waterfront masterplan.

Dhiren has a particular interest in the adaptive reuse of existing buildings and his Masters' research explored how regeneration in an international context can be achieved whilst being sympathetic to existing cultures and tradition. He studied at the Universities of Sheffield, Oxford Brookes and Westminster.
