Social Services Building, Peckham
This is an unrealised proposal for a new social services building in Peckham, south London. A largely brick building, metalwork is nonetheless used as an prominent external material and this is expressed in the model through the use of brass. The inclusion of the building's future neighbours demonstrates how height, scale and massing is sculpted to reflect the adjacent four-storey 19th century terraced houses.
