This pentaptych describes how the masterplan for King's Cross was developed to ensure its sustainability as a living part of London. From left to right, the models illustrate: the site as found, the primary urban structure, the individual buildings and spaces, how the ground floors of the buildings contribute to shaping the public realm, and the continuity of movement between the new development and the surrounding city. Exhibited at the Royal Academy in 2019, the blue and pink colour scheme was inspired by a document cover produced in the earliest days of the masterplan.
