Models are a vivid way of demonstrating change on an urban scale. This model prepared for the Greenwich Peninsula masterplan places the masterplan site (in the foreground) into a wider urban context. Other significant consented schemes and buildings are included and highlighted in natural wood. While not yet built at the time of the making of the model, including them in this way is a more realistic illustration of the project's future context. It's also an interesting opportunity to visualise the wider scale of new urban development.
